Salman Khan to give away cash prizes to Olympic participants

There was a news of Salman Khan having an urge of donating a cash prize of Rs.1,01,000 to all the Olympic participants a month back. However, the superstar has kept up to his promise and approached the IOA (Indian Olympic Association) for the bank details of the contestants and have also written a letter to them for the same. Salman has decided to transfer the mentioned amount to the bank accounts of the participants directly.

Coincidentally from the Indian contingent, Salman was the brand ambassador Rio Olympics 2016. Due his recent comment on the very fragile topic rape during the promotions of Sultan, it almost shook several women organisations, as the comment was really insensitive. Everyone went bonkers over the social media, and Salman had to face a lot of wrath from people.  He also got threatened by Indian Olympic Association to be removed as the ambassador of Rio Olympics 2016 (Indian contingent) if he doesn’t apologise for his insensitive comment publically.

Salman was last witnessed in Ali Abbas Zafar directed romantic sports drama film Sultan which did quite well at the box office, and now he is all geared up for Kabir Khan’s Tubelight where the Chinese actress Zhu Zhu will give her Bollywood debut.
