Director SS Rajamouli talks about scariest moment on set of Baahubali

One of the most talked about movie of 2015 is Baahubali, with its impeccable VFX and unique storyline that had been a talk of the town for a while. The sequel will be released soon, and again the movie is all set to make the good marketing strategy. The latest piece of information is shared by the director SS Rajamouli itself, who shares his experience of the scariest moment on the set of Baahubali.

According to the director, the larger than life set and the execution of the scenes were too challenging and to some extent, scary. So it’s not a particular scene, but some scenes were frightening. But if he particularly had to take a name, then it would have been Shivudu, played by Prabhas who climbed the mountain peak against the waterfall.

Prabhas, the protagonist of the film, has gone through a shoulder injury followed by a surgery and is too unwell to start shooting, and that is one of the ‘scariest’ situations for the director now. The sequel, Baahubali: The Conclusion will be released on 17th April 2017.

SS Rajamouli, a well-known name in Tollywood got globally acclaimed through Baahubali: The Beginning that became the highest grossing Indian film of all time. A film that is well acknowledged by The Hollywood Reporter, The Guardian and got nominated in 42nd Saturn Awards of the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films in Los Angeles, USA will surely evoke attention. Thus the curiosity about this film is always too high and still making a buzz. Now it is only a matter of time to see if the magic of Baahubali: The Beginning can be revived in the sequel, Baahubali: The Conclusion, or not.
