Allied Trailer Released: Brad Pitt’s & Marion Cotillard’s Romantic-Thriller with WWII backdrop

Allied Trailer: One of the most anticipated Hollywood movies of the year, the World War II period drama Allied trailer is finally out. The makers of the movie, Paramount Pictures has revealed the Allied first trailer which casts Brad Pitt and French sensation Marion Cotillard in the lead roles.

The movie Allied (2016) is a romantic thriller in the backdrop of WWII. Academy winner superstar Brad Pitt portrays the character of Max Vatan, a British intelligence officer, who falls in love with Marianne Beausejour, the character plays by Marion Cotillard, during a mission in Casablanca. Both Max and Marianne makes ally kill a German Nazi officer, but the plot includes so many twists and turns and a game of espionage.

The one-minute long Allied trailer also indicates that the wrath of the ongoing war threatens to destroy their relationship, and the war scenes depict how fragile their future is.

Allied has been directed by the Oscar-winning director Robert Zemeckis who is also famous for his other classic Hollywood noirs such as Cast Away and Forrest Gump. The movie is reportedly based on a true story, and Steven Knight has transformed it into the cine-script. Alan Silvestri has given the music, and most of the movie has been shot in London.

Apart from Brad Pitt and Marion Cottilard, ‘Allied’ features Lizzy Caplan, Matthew Goode and Jared Harris in various important roles. Allied is set to hit the silver screens on 23rd November 2016. Watch the
