Is Alia Bhatt Out of Golmaal 4?

According to the latest news, we come to know that the ever talented Alia Bhatt would not be seen in Rohit Shetty’s film Golmaal 4. Apparently, with the immense success of the of the movie Golmaal, the popularity was so high that with the release of the sequels the audience were simply craving for more. It was reported that Alia Bhatt was chosen for the role of Kareena Kapoor, but she seemed to have chosen to leave the offer. According to Alia Bhatt, it is due to the lack of availability of dates, as she is currently busy working on other projects. As rumours go, Alia Bhatt seemed to have chosen to opt out of the film because of the clash between Karan Johar and Ajay Devgn. Both their films Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which are going to be released on the same dates during Diwali. The conformity of this news has not been submitted but as sources go Alia Bhatt has not really given an affirmative answer to this news as of yet.

The movie Golmaal was released in 2006, and this was Rohit Shetty’s fame to success as the movie made the audience see a different side of comedy altogether. Even though sequels generally fail to live up to the success of its predecessor, this franchise was an exception. The first movie received a lot of positive feedback, and this was the reason why Rohit Shetty went ahead with the sequels. Therefore, even though we are eager to see the talented Alia Bhatt work her magic on-screen, we do hope that she can change her mind.

We get to know that initially Karan Johar was supposed to produce a film under the banner of Rohit Shetty. But due to the rift between Karan Johar and Ajay Devgn, it seems that we would not see any film collaboration between Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar shortly. Even though we are not sure about the authenticity of the news about Alia Bhatt not appearing in Golmaal 4.There is the possibility that Shraddha Kapoor is going to be chosen for Kareena Kapoor’s role. Due to this news not being official, we simply hope that Golmaal 4 brings back that same bone tickling humour that we all loved in the previous sequels.
