In an unfortunate turn of events, Arjun witnesses a murder. He becomes frantic and exasperate and grabs a passerby and takes him as a hostage. When the police arrive, they discover Arjun is no ordinary man, and they find it difficult to bring him in. Arjun lays down his terms for surrender. He tells the police to find the real murders in the next 7 hours.
